The Phantom AZL-15 Medium Landing Zone Kit was designed specifically with the USAF in mind. Phantom Products created a reliable and rapidly deployable military grade landing zone kit for tactical use, with the help of USAF, US Army, USMC, and Air National Guard personnel. The landing zone kits feature reliable, remote controllable lights with varying degrees of color and intensity for your covert or tactical needs, each with their own secure radio codes. The landing zone kits and lights are visible from up to 7-10 miles out and can be remotely controlled from up to 5,000 feet away.

The AZL-15 employs solid state LED lamps which eliminate bulb filament failure and uses highly secure radio codes. These permit multiple users to operate independently within a single combat zone. Transmitters and lights can easily be reprogrammed by users to a user-selected four number security code which, once programmed, ensures these lights cannot be controlled by other transmitters. An automatic, internal dark-activated switch permits light to automatically turn off in daylight and includes a safety lockout to prevent accidental movement of on-switch. Switches on lights have labels embedded in plastic to prevent identification fading.
